London office of our client seeks a corporate/commercial/employment solicitor with 2-5 of pqe. The candidate will be assisting partners on larger value transactions and running smaller matters independently (with partner support and guidance where appropriate). Must have experience in (i) private acquisitions; (ii) fundraising; (iii) advising on corporate structures; and (iv) answering both shareholders' and directors' general legal inquiries. A good sense of humor and a commercially sensible attitude are essential.
