A law firm in Jefferson City, MO, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have experience with renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate, although this is preferred, not required. Excellent writing, oral advocacy skills, and strong academic credentials are required. An active law license in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar, is required.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on real estate matters
  • Draft and review real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
  • Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions
  • Negotiate real estate deals and resolve disputes
  • Handle zoning and land use issues
  • Assist with real estate development projects
  • Represent clients in real estate litigation, if necessary
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
  • Experience with renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate preferred
  • Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Active law license in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar
