Family Law Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join its team in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience handling various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division. This position offers an opportunity to represent clients through challenging personal situations while providing comprehensive legal guidance and advocacy.

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and remain current on updates in family law.
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases effectively and confidently.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and assist them throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 2-7 years of experience in family law litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Education:
