A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to join its expanding personal injury and no-fault practice in Uniondale, NY. Duties:

  • Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, from case initiation through resolution.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Lead settlement discussions and participate in mediation efforts to resolve disputes.
  • Trial experience is preferred, with opportunities for trial work.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice law in New York State (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation or a related area of law.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and editing skills.
  • Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of New York (required).
