Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to join their team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing family law cases from inception to resolution, providing exceptional client service, and demonstrating a proven track record of success in litigation. The attorney will oversee case progress, improve practice processes, and maintain high-performance metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end, including case preparation, legal research, and representation in court.
• Provide superior customer service to clients by delivering monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations for improvements to practice managers to enhance case management and client satisfaction.
• Manage performance metrics and track accomplishments using practice quality software to ensure high service and client satisfaction standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective case management and client communication.
• Stay updated with changes in family law legislation and procedures.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, focusing on family law.
• Proven experience as the 1st chair in family law cases.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
