Duties:

• Manage trials, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Handle settlement negotiations with opposing parties.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide expert analysis.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for case resolution.
• Maintain a high level of client communication and ensure deadlines are met.
• Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented approach to case management.

Requirements:

• Active Bar License in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to handle a high caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
