Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a skilled Junior Partner-Level Real Estate Transactional Attorney with at least 7 years of experience in real estate transactions. Duties:

  • Negotiate, revise, and prepare a variety of real estate documents including letters of intent, commercial lease agreements, lease amendments, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, settlement and closing documents, management agreements, fee agreements, restrictive covenants, subordination agreements, loan agreements, and construction agreements.
  • Provide legal advice to C-Suite executives and senior management.
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects and cases simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure effective project management.
  • Demonstrate leadership in taking ownership of cases, transactions, and projects.
  • Advise clients on strategic business and real estate decisions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in real estate transactional law.
  • Expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, finance, leasing, and joint ventures.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of cases and projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of Maryland, with membership in good standing (preferred).
