The ideal candidate will have significant trial experience in personal injury lawsuits, extensive deposition experience, and a proven ability to manage complex cases involving corporate defendants, liability, and medical experts. Duties:

• Lead first-chair plaintiff personal injury trials
• Handle depositions of corporate defendants, liability experts, and medical experts
• Develop and manage high-value personal injury cases with significant insurance coverage
• Collaborate with experienced litigators on major cases
• Contribute to trial teams on significant cases within the firm
• Maintain a high standard of case management and meet the firm’s expectations for client results

Requirements:

• Significant experience in first-chair plaintiff personal injury trials
• Extensive deposition experience with corporate defendants, liability, and medical experts
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-value personal injury cases
• Strong litigation and trial skills
• A track record of achieving successful outcomes in personal injury cases

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
