Duties:

  • Represent clients in auto and premises liability defense litigation, managing cases from start to finish.

  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and litigation planning.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation, ensuring that all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in auto and premises liability defense litigation.
  • Proven courtroom experience, including motion practice and depositions.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
