Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in litigation, specifically in liability defense and/or insurance coverage. This vibrant and technologically advanced firm offers a dynamic work environment.

Duties

• Represent clients in liability defense and insurance coverage litigation
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Conduct discovery and prepare for trials
• Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to develop case strategies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• NJ Bar admission required; NY or PA admission is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active admission to practice law in New Jersey (additional states preferred)
