Duties

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on litigation strategies.
• Provide strategic advice to clients regarding insurance coverage and liability issues.
• Manage case files, ensuring all legal procedures are followed and deadlines met.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation or relevant legal practice.
• License: Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

• Litigation Experience: Comfort and competence in court appearances and litigation matters.

Education
