Job Overview: A law firm in San Jose, CA, is seeking a full-time Entry-Level Immigration Attorney to join its team.   • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
  • Collaborate with the managing attorney and legal staff to ensure case success.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in any U.S. state.
  • Strong legal writing and research skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Interest and passion for immigration law.
  • Fluency in Spanish (required).
  • Prior immigration law experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar License in any U.S. state.

Skills:

  • Strong legal writing and case preparation abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with legal teams.
