Entry-Level Immigration Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload independently, handling various immigration-related cases.
• Prepare petitions, applications, briefs, motions, and other legal filings.
• Represent clients before agencies including EOIR, USCIS, DOS, ICE, and BIA.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
• Collaborate with the managing attorney and legal staff to ensure case success.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in any U.S. state.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Interest and passion for immigration law.
• Fluency in Spanish (required).
• Prior immigration law experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in any U.S. state.
