Duties:

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of construction law experience, focusing on transactional work.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members.
• A proven track record in construction contract negotiations and construction law matters.
• Experience with real estate development and public procurement is a plus.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio (or ability to become licensed).
