Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on government contracts, including regulatory compliance and transactional matters.
  • Represent clients in litigation related to government contract disputes.
  • Assist with internal investigations and False Claims Act matters.
  • Advise clients on suspension and debarment issues.
  • Support corporate transactions involving government contractors.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.

Requirements:

  • Law school class years 2018 through 2020.
  • Experience in government contracts law.
  • Prior experience in bid protests is not required but is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in good standing (preferably in Washington, D.C., or eligibility to waive in).

Skills:

  • Knowledge of government contract regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
