This role involves overseeing litigation matters from case initiation through trial, advocating for clients, and ensuring successful case resolutions. Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, provide legal guidance, and establish trust.

• Assess claims, develop case strategies, and keep clients informed throughout the litigation process.

• Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and courtroom proceedings.

• Engage in negotiations to secure favorable settlements.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.

• Extensive first-chair trial experience.

• Strong ability to assess case value and negotiate effectively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Georgia Bar and in good standing.
