Duties:

  • Advise on venture capital financings, private offerings, and emerging company transactions.
  • Provide counsel to high-growth technology businesses and their investors on a variety of corporate and financing matters.
  • Handle mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to address complex legal issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout all transactional processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate law at a major law firm, with a focus on venture capital financings, private offerings, and transactions for emerging companies.

Education:
