Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law, with a focus on removal defense and USCIS procedures.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage cases, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is strongly recommended.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
