Duties:

• Represent clients in a range of criminal and traffic defense cases, from minor infractions to serious felony charges
• Conduct consultations with both current clients and prospective clients considering legal representation
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal support staff to manage caseloads effectively
• Participate in courtroom appearances and handle additional off-site legal tasks as required
• Network and build professional relationships across the state to support case development and referrals

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work within a legal team
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations and interactions

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar admission
