Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from a fully accredited U.S. law school.
  • Excellent academic record preferred.
  • Admission to practice law in Nebraska or obtaining a Nebraska bar license within one year.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in transactional practice, particularly in tax and real estate matters.

Certifications:

  • Nebraska Bar license (active or to be obtained within one year).
