  • Collaborate with specialized eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams.
  • Conduct mediations and argue motions at key hearings.
  • Draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and advise clients on litigation strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a focus on cyber, privacy, or data innovation.
  • Strong academic credentials and demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
