A law firm seeks a dedicated and results-driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Columbia, South Carolina. Duties

  • Conduct client consultations with professionalism and empathy, building trust and confidence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.

  • Proven 1st chair trial experience.

  • Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with a legal team.

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the South Carolina Bar and in good standing.
