Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on energy mineral title matters.
• Prepare, review, and analyze title opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel on property and mineral title law issues.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations as required.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local energy regulations.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in energy law, mineral title law, or property law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
