Duties:

  • Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of a wide range of commercial real estate documents

  • Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulatory agencies to ensure legal and procedural compliance

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of substantive experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial transactions

  • Admission to practice law in Arizona or eligibility to obtain licensure promptly

Education:
