Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, or compliance matters.
  • Strong understanding of securities laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience handling complex litigation matters.
  • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or ability to become admitted in the relevant jurisdiction).
