Trial Attorney

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Insurance Defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and related claims.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings in state and federal courts.

Requirements:
