Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings and manage multiple aspects of litigation.
• Participate in depositions, client meetings, hearings, and related litigation activities.
• Engage with expert witnesses for case preparation and support.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze relevant laws, including general liability and related medical matters.
• Draft and file motions as needed, supporting comprehensive case preparation.
• Build and maintain client relationships, offering clear legal advice and fostering client trust.
• Work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and management.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury or general liability litigation.
• Knowledge of New York Labor Law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission (required).
