A growing law firm specializing in estate planning is seeking an Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join its team in Sun City, AZ. The ideal candidate will either be licensed or soon to be licensed to practice law in Arizona, with a strong background in customer service and attention to detail. While experience in estate planning is preferred, it is not required. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid time off, and production-based incentives for the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Assist in drafting and executing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients regarding estate planning strategies and solutions.
  • Manage client interactions, ensuring a client-centered approach to legal services.
  • Work under the direction of senior attorneys and collaborate with legal staff on estate planning matters.
  • Attend client meetings in both the Goodyear and Sun City offices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations in estate planning.

Requirements:

  • Licensed, or soon to be licensed, to practice law in the state of Arizona.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a legal team.
  • Willingness to commute to and work from the Sun City and Goodyear offices.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Arizona State Bar or anticipated admission in the near future.
