Duties

• Handle global litigation and arbitration matters, including cross-border disputes.
• Engage in all phases of litigation and arbitration, including:
  • Legal research and writing
  • Written and electronic discovery
  • Depositions and expert discovery
  • Mediation and trial preparation
• Work directly with partners and interact with clients.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, focused on achieving excellent client outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a large law firm environment focused on litigation and arbitration.
• Strong research and writing skills, with a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, global environment.
• Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) is preferred but not required.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed, or eligible for licensure, to practice law in Florida.
