Duties:

  • Conduct initial client consultations to gather essential case information and evaluate legal needs
  • Assess potential cases for eligibility, providing accurate legal information while adhering to firm protocols
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
  • Document and organize client information with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy
  • Address client inquiries and manage follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in legal practice
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan
