Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial or civil litigation.
  • Strong background in legal research, writing, and analysis.
  • Experience in financial services litigation or contested foreclosure work preferred.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar is mandatory.
  • Admission to the New York or New Jersey Bar is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Texas Bar.
  • New York or New Jersey Bar membership is a bonus.
