Duties:

  • Participate in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, including due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and negotiating deals.

  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on corporate governance, securities regulations, and related matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex transactions.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
