Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a dynamic and driven Consumer Protection Attorney to join its team in Northglenn, CO. Duties:

  • Provide legal representation in cases related to:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, keeping clients informed throughout their cases.
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses, adjusters, and other parties to gather relevant case information.
  • Review and summarize case records and documentation.

  • Stay updated on current legislation affecting consumer protection laws.
  • Contribute to a paperless workflow and maintain accurate case records in the case management system.
  • Address new client opportunities and execute attorney-client contracts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer protection law (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active state license to practice law (required).
