Location:

Duties:

• Work on various capital markets transactions and public company issues.
• Assist with tender offers and liability management transactions.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to public and private companies, investors, and boards of directors.
• Draft and review documentation for capital markets deals and related transactions.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners to deliver high-quality legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience in capital markets transactions and public company issues.
• Should have 3-4 years of experience.
• Prior experience with tender offers or liability management transactions is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Comparable law firm experience, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex matters.
• Ability to work in-person in the New York office.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the relevant state bar (or ability to obtain membership if not currently licensed).

Skills:
