Duties:

• Review and analyze title searches and recorded documents.
• Examine trusts, estates, corporate documents, and other relevant legal records.
• Certify title opinions based on document review.
• Conduct title searches to confirm legal standing and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in legal documentation.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in reviewing title insurance approvals.

Requirements:

• Active Bar membership in North Carolina (South Carolina Bar membership preferred).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active North Carolina Bar license (South Carolina preferred).
