An established law firm is seeking an experienced attorney for the role of Of Counsel in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position focuses on labor and employment law, providing legal representation and counsel to employers in a variety of workplace-related matters. Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Represent employers in legal proceedings, including court cases, administrative agency hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Handle employment matters such as class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contracts, employment torts, and non-compete cases.
• Provide legal advice to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background.
• Active Ohio bar admission (required); Kentucky bar admission (preferred).
• Thorough understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures at both state and federal levels.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio Bar (required).
• Admission to the Kentucky Bar (preferred).
