Complex Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks an experienced Complex Litigation Associate to join its Boston office as part of the 3rd-4th year associate class. The ideal candidate will support a dynamic business litigation practice by providing innovative legal solutions and exceptional client service.

Duties

• Assist in complex business litigation matters, including research, strategy development, and case management.
• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Participate in deposition preparation and motion practice to strengthen litigation positions.
• Collaborate with clients and provide clear and effective legal advice.
• Represent clients in court hearings and other proceedings as needed.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a business litigation practice.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.
• Proven ability to handle legal research and draft complex legal documents.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively and directly with clients.
• Experience in deposition and motion practice is highly desirable.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in good standing.
