The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in antitrust law, exceptional writing skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Assist in the preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications
  • Review and analyze documents and evidence related to antitrust cases
  • Manage case files, including organizing documents and maintaining case calendars
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission by waiver
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing antitrust litigation
  • Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience with document review platforms and e-discovery tools preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
