Duties:

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of litigation experience

  • Exposure to or interest in trust and estate-related litigation, including fiduciary disputes, is advantageous

  • Ability to handle emotionally sensitive and high-net-worth client matters with discretion and professionalism

  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active California Bar admission required
