Job Overview: A modern law firm is seeking an Litigation Associate Attorney specializing in probate, trusts, and estates. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on independent problem-solving. While probate experience is encouraged, it is not required.

Location:

  • Irvine, CA

Duties:

  • Prepare and file petitions and motions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Attend and argue at court hearings
  • Prepare discovery and conduct depositions
  • Defend depositions and participate in mediations
  • Engage in trial preparation and conduct trials

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in California
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
  • Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
  • Ability to independently problem-solve
  • Exceptional personal interaction skills
  • Commitment to superior client service
  • Pride in work product

Education:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school (preferred)

Certifications:

  • California Bar License (Required)

Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in probate, trusts, conservatorships, and elder abuse
