A law firm is seeking a Global Transportation Finance Associate Attorney with the following qualifications:

Job Overview:

The Global Transportation Finance Associate Attorney will provide legal support and expertise in various areas of transactional law, focusing on transportation finance. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and legal teams to navigate complex transactions and provide strategic counsel.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of transportation finance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to transportation finance transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage and oversee multiple legal matters simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives and deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Stay abreast of developments in transportation finance law and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
  • Experience in one or more areas: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
  • J.D. degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in Florida.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Florida.

  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and agreements.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
