Duties:

  • Manage administrative appeals and work with state and local taxing authorities.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective solutions for clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed legal documents.
  • Stay current on tax law developments to provide cutting-edge advice.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an LL.M. in Taxation are required.
  • Must be licensed to practice in Texas or willing to take the Texas Bar exam.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting filing deadlines.
  • Previous experience as a CPA, government experience, or expertise in international tax matters is a plus.

  • J.D. (Juris Doctor)
  • LL.M. in Taxation

  • Texas Bar License (or eligibility to sit for the exam)
