Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial
• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury cases
• Handle all aspects of pre-suit personal injury claims
• Participate in litigation, including discovery, motions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with legal support teams to ensure timely and efficient case progression
• Draft persuasive legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes collaboration and client-focused service

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases from inception to disbursement
• At least 1 year of litigation experience
• Active and good-standing membership in the Florida Bar
• Proven track record of successful case handling and client advocacy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Florida Bar License in good standing
