Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in Denver, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business litigation cases, engaging in all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent research and writing abilities, and a collaborative spirit.

Duties

• Manage written discovery processes, including preparing and responding to discovery requests.
• Draft pleadings, substantive motions, and other key legal documents.
• Attend mediations, court appearances, and other essential litigation proceedings.
• Conduct depositions and gather information to support litigation strategies.
• Assist in trial preparation, including research, strategy planning, and case presentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop case strategies and client solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with proficiency in discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Strong academic background, with proven research and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment and contribute to case strategy.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in the state of Colorado.
