Job Overview: A law firm in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its full-service legal team.   • Manage case files and assist with case preparation
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts regarding case matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to legal practice
  • Experience in legal drafting preferred, but not required
  • Valid Bar license (required)

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the state Bar (required)
