Duties

  • Advise clients on employment-related disputes and securities regulations, rules, and policies.

  • Draft, negotiate, and litigate business contracts, including asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Offer best practices guidance for risk management and business policies.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting of rule or regulatory amendments impacting client operations.
  • Deliver strategic advice on terminating employment relationships or onboarding new workers.
  • Manage state and federal securities matters, including litigation and regulatory cases.
  • Represent clients in commercial litigation involving business torts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
  • Active State Bar membership.
  • Proven ability to deliver client-focused legal solutions within deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in a State Bar.
