Duties:

• Handle complex construction defect litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Advise clients on risk management and mitigation strategies related to construction projects.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on legal strategy and case preparation.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with developments in construction defect law.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives aimed at strengthening team culture and promoting diversity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proven track record of handling cases through all phases of litigation.
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
