The Bankruptcy Attorney will be responsible for the management of routine bankruptcy matters, including the drafting and reviewing of pleadings and claims filed in bankruptcy cases. The role may involve attending hearings, responding to general firm-wide bankruptcy inquiries, and other duties as assigned. The attorney will review filings on behalf of clients, monitor electronic filings (ECFs), and resolve routine bankruptcy matters. Regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court is crucial. The candidate should possess knowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws and general Creditor Rights laws.
