Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Allentown, PA office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of litigation and trial experience and exposure to civil litigation in state and federal courts. Experience in employment litigation is a plus. PA and NJ Bar admission is preferred, and outstanding academic credentials are required.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Litigation and Trial experience.
• Experience in civil litigation in State and Federal Courts.
• Exposure to employment litigation is advantageous.
• PA and NJ Bar admission preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (preferred).
