Job Duties:

• Open new case files, develop litigation plans and oversee discovery processes.

• Demonstrate leadership by effectively managing legal team members and resources.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Florida Personal Injury law and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and interact empathetically with clients.
• Strong leadership capabilities to mentor and manage legal staff.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
