A reputable law firm in Atlanta, GA, seeks an experienced Evictions Attorney to support a high-volume caseload primarily focused on eviction matters. This role involves providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court, all while navigating evolving trends in eviction law. Duties:

  • Manage a comprehensive eviction caseload.
  • Provide legal advice, conduct thorough legal research, and draft various legal documents, including complaints, motions, oppositions, and discovery requests/responses.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eviction law changes across the United States.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • An active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of experience practicing law.
  • Preferred experience in eviction, foreclosure, litigation, or title law.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active California State Bar membership.
  • Additional Bar licenses are preferred.
